2nd Degree Black Belt - Founder and Head Instructor
Resilient Roots Jiu-Jitsu Wellness Center

I’ve rebuilt my life more times than I can count.

Through divorce. Through deaths. Through betrayal, burnout, and beginnings I didn’t ask for.

I’m a 2nd degree Jiu Jitsu black belt, a writer, a retreat leader, an event coordinator and a woman who knows how to stand back up.

My work is rooted in what I’ve lived - grief, power, stillness, reclamation. I teach Jiu Jitsu to help people return to their bodies. I write to help them return to their truth. I’ve run a gym, built communities, lost it all, and found something more honest in the ashes.

Now I create for men and women who are done pretending they’re fine.

For those rebuilding from ashes.

If you’ve been carrying too much for too long, there’s space for you here. To slow down. To be seen. To rebuild on your terms.

Welcome.

Let’s begin again - with clarity, precision, and power.
