I don’t teach from theory. I teach from the ashes.

I’m a second degree Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu, a writer, and a survivor of systems that tried to silence me.

My work is born from lived experience, not theory, not certifications. My work is shaped by discipline, collapse, grief, and truth.

I’ve run businesses. I’ve buried dreams. I’ve walked through betrayal with a straight spine and a bleeding heart.

What I offer now is not a brand, it’s a lived truth.

Resilient Roots was born from a desire to create something real, and it died when I stopped pretending.

Now, my classes are raw and rooted. My story? It’s not for your inspiration. It’s for those ready to reclaim their own.

If you’re looking for polished answers or spiritual bypass, I’m not the one.

I’ve survived betrayal, collapse, and lived through things most people don’t survive and I’ve turned every scar into fuel.

What I teach now isn’t performance - it’s truth.

Grounded. Gritty. Unfiltered.

For years, I built spaces for others to heal, grow, and come home to themselves. I created programs, held communities, carried vision.

And when it all fell apart, when what I built was misused, taken, or lost,I came back to the only place that never lied: my body.

Resilient Roots is no longer just a name. It’s a threshold.

The roots are not a brand or a business. They are what’s left after destruction.

Whether on the mat, on the page, or in the fire of reinvention, my work calls you back to what’s real.

Back to your fight. Your voice. Your unshakeable knowing.

If you’re ready to rebuild on your own terms, Welcome.

This is where we begin again.
